Only the time actually spent talking with the AI. Unanswered calls or calls shorter than 10 seconds are never charged.

What happens if I run out of minutes?

Nothing stops. Minutes beyond your plan are billed at the discounted per-minute rate above on your next monthly invoice.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can move up or down at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Annual fees are prorated.

Do I have to commit long term?

No. The monthly plan can be cancelled anytime. Pay yearly and you get two months free.
