Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Vono AI phone assistant service provided by VonoAI LLC (“Vono”, the “Provider”).

1. Provider details

Provider: VonoAI LLC. Registered seat: 1051 Budapest, Példa utca 1, Hungary.

Company reg. no.: 01-09-XXXXXX. Tax no.: XXXXXXXX-2-42. Email: hello@tryvono.com.

Hosting provider: Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA), European region.

2. The service

Vono is an AI-powered phone assistant that, on behalf of the Customer, answers incoming calls, books appointments, takes orders and produces summaries of conversations.

3. Formation of the contract

The contract is formed upon registration and ordering of the selected plan. By registering, the Customer accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

4. Fees and payment

Service fees are set out in the current price list, in Hungarian forint (Ft). The prices shown exclude VAT.

Fees are payable in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Usage beyond your plan is billed at the per-minute rate stated in the price list.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Provider endeavours to deliver the service continuously and to a high standard.

The Customer must use the service lawfully and with respect for the rights of third parties.

6. Limitation of liability

The Provider is not liable for outages caused by circumstances beyond its control (such as telecommunications network failures or force majeure).

Within the limits of applicable law, the Provider’s liability is capped at the amount of fees paid by the Customer.

7. Termination

The monthly plan may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the next billing period. The annual plan ends at the end of its term.

In the event of a serious breach, the Provider may suspend the service or terminate the contract.

8. Complaints and consumer dispute resolution

You can raise a complaint at hello@tryvono.com, which we will investigate within the statutory deadline.

In the case of a consumer dispute you may turn to the conciliation board (békéltető testület) competent for your place of residence (e.g. the Budapest Conciliation Board, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99) and you may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

9. Governing law and courts

These Terms and the relationship between the parties are governed by Hungarian law.

The parties shall seek to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, the Hungarian courts shall have jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

The Provider may amend these Terms unilaterally and will inform the Customer before any change takes effect.
